At BuddyMart Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full or partial refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Products that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Personal care items

    • Products marked as “Final Sale”

    • Customized or made-to-order products

    • Perishable goods

Return Process

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. We will arrange for pickup or provide instructions for return shipment.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange based on your preference.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we allow you to cancel your order within a short window of time.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, or before the item is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the item is shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product.

Automatic Cancellations

  • In rare cases, orders may be cancelled automatically due to payment failure, unavailability of stock, or delivery constraints. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
